THIS ONE IS ON THE HOUSE

This coming weekend (February 18^th & February 19^th) I will be holding an open house for my new listing at 111 White Spruce Crescent. Each Family that comes through the open house will receive a raffle ticket for a chance to win a $100 coupon to Stonefire Bar & Grill located at 8700 Bathurst Street in Thornhill Woods. Open House Times:

Saturday 3pm – 5pm

Sunday 2pm – 4pm

Rules:

1. Limit of 1 raffle ticket per family for this Open House (Feb 18th & Feb 19th). 
2. Tickets will be handed out to each family as they leave the Open House.
3. The prize will be given to the winner in the form of a voucher/coupon. There is no cash substitute and use of the coupon is subject to the rules and conditions as set out by Stonefire Bar & Grill.
4. The winning ticket number will be selected by random draw from all qualifying tickets. Any duplicate tickets will be removed prior to the draw.  The winner will be announced on Tuesday February 21^st on both my Twitter page (@remaxsteinman) and my Facebook page (facebook.com/thornhillwoodsrealestate). You must “like” the Facebook page and follow me on Twitter to see who won.
5. The Winner must present the winning ticket to me in order to receive the coupon.
6. In order to claim the prize, the winner must respond on BOTH Twitter & Facebook with the following words:  “Thank you for the $100 gift card to Stonefire Bar & Grill”.  For the response on Twitter, you must respond in the form of a retweet.
7. There will only be one winning ticket and the winner must be over the age of 25.
