  I don't know if it is the fact that I follow the market too closely or if it is that others do not follow it enough. While there continues to be some exceptions, I can tell you that the strategy of listing your house for sale at a price below or even right at market value in order to get multiple offers in Thornhill woods is OVER.

  When I received my bill from Power Stream last month, I did a double take when I saw the amount owing line at the bottom of the page. I don't think I have ever seen a bill this high before (well, not from Power Stream at least). With the recent introduction of the Smart Meter program, this most recent bill was an eye opener as to how I should be managing my energy consumption.

I often get asked where I think the best location is to buy a house in Thornhill Woods. Often people already know what school they would like to be zoned for and this helps make their decision
